What is a Bash cart?
A Bash cart is anything you want it to be—a mobile charcuterie board, a cocktail station, a pop-up display, or a premiere photoshoot prop. Whatever you use it for, it will be the centerpiece of your event.
Every cart is custom-built to turn heads and built tough to keep up. Whether you're hosting, selling, or celebrating, a Bash cart adds form, function, and the kind of presence people don't forget.
What can I use a Bash cart for?
There’s no limit to what your Bash cart can become—charcuterie station, coffee bar, pizza oven setup, taco stand, dessert table, bakery display, cocktail station, merch hub, or even a flower market.
Whether you’re elevating an event, launching a brand, or just want something uniquely yours, Bash carts adapt effortlessly to whatever vision you have in mind.

Every cart is handcrafted in-house using quality materials, modular construction, and thoughtful design details that make it easy to adapt, transport, and grow with your business. We’ve already solved the things most DIY or basic carts miss—like interchangeable panels, built-in cutouts, branded signage, and a clean, durable finish that holds up in real-world use.
How do I design my cart?
We have our own user-friendly custom cart builder that allows you to build your cart with live visualization! We are constantly adding options, but if there is a specific customization option that you need, shoot us an email and we can make special modifications for you!
What does the customization process look like?
Our online builder covers most bases—but if you have special requests or ideas beyond what’s shown, we’ve got you.
First, build your dream cart by choosing available options. If you’re looking for something totally custom (like unique dimensions, extra features, or special finishes), reach out directly, and we’ll work together to bring your vision to life.
How do I buy or pay for my cart?
You can purchase your cart directly through our site using our custom builder. We use Shopify’s secure checkout, which accepts all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and more. We also offer payment plans through Shop Pay Installments—just select that option at checkout to split your total into manageable payments!
Can I see a Bash cart in person before purchasing?
We get it—this is a big investment and an important decision for your business. While we don’t have a showroom (yet!), we do occasionally appear at events and markets. Depending on your location, you may also be able to connect with other Bash & Co. cart owners in your area to see a cart in action.
Can I purchase a Bash cart as a gift or as a gift card?
Yes! If you’re buying a cart as a gift (amazing choice), you can go through the standard checkout process and enter the recipient’s info for shipping. Want them to build it themselves? We also offer digital gift cards—just shoot us a message and we’ll set one up.

What are the cart dimensions?
Our standard carts are:
51" W x 41" H x 24" deep
Wings: total cart width is 74" extended and 55" folded
The inner shelf is 6.5" below the top, 26.75" from the bottom.
Are the carts on wheels?
Yes! Our carts come standard with four caster wheels, 3" in diameter. The rear two are locking for stability and ease-of-use.
Does it come with an umbrella?
Our carts don't come standard with an umbrella, however you can select to have an umbrella hole cutout for one! The holes are 2" wide by default, however if you have other size needs please include those details in customer notes at bottom of the customizer.
What is included in the charcuterie pans option?
Pans include:
➾24 standard 1/6 hotel pans:
12 x 4" deep for the food above, 12 x 6" deep to nest below them on inner shelf, holding ice to keep food cold)
➾1 half-pan for other items like charcuterie boards
Make sure to order the charcuterie cutouts to accommodate them!
Can I add my logo or custom signage?
Absolutely! Custom logo signs are available as an add-on option. Visit our signage page to get started on your unique sign!
Can I choose my own wood and front panel design?
Yes—you can select from our carefully curated panel designs directly in our online builder. You can also customize your side panels.
If you have a specific request beyond our offerings, just let us know and we will get you taken care of!
Can I swap out the top or front/side panels later?
You sure can! One of the best things about our carts is that they’re modular. You can order multiple front or side panels—or even a new top—now or down the line. Whether you want a different vibe for future events or need to rebrand, it’s easy to switch things out without buying a whole new cart. Just reach out when you’re ready, and we’ll walk you through your options.
shipping & timing
How soon can I get my custom cart?
Our lead times are typically 3-4 weeks from order to ship date. Every cart is made-to-order exactly how you want it!
If you are needing something sooner, email us ASAP and we can see if there is a way to accomodate your timeline. If you are local to the NorCal area, we also offer cart rentals for one-off and last-minute needs.
How much is shipping?
Our freight shipping is included in our $1,999 base price, anywhere in the continental US. Our carts are shipped flat-packed and freighted out of El Dorado in Northern California. Local pickup is available as well as local delivery within 50 miles.
What does freight shipping entail?
Since our carts are larger, they ship via freight delivery, not standard parcel delivery. Your cart will arrive curbside in a custom-built wooden crate (approximately 54” W x 36” D x 25” H) weighing around 250 lbs total, about 75 of it being the crate itself.
Here’s what to expect:
• Scheduled delivery – The freight company will call ahead to book a delivery window. Someone must be available to receive it.
• Curbside delivery only – The driver will unload the crate to the ground using a liftgate. While they can’t bring it inside, they typically roll it on the pallet jack to where you want to unpack it.
• Uncrating is required – You’ll need a drill or crowbar to open the crate. We pre-drill screws to make it easy. Then you can lift out each panel and the base, easily moving your cart whereever you'd like!
Do you offer rush orders or local pickup?
We can typically accommodate rush orders depending on current demand (fees may apply). Local pickup is also available and encouraged! Reach out directly if you’re in a time crunch or nearby.
Can you ship outside the U.S.?
We currently ship within the continental U.S. only—but if you’re international, reach out, and we’ll explore potential solutions together.
What warranty or guarantee do you offer on your carts?
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship—each Bash cart is handcrafted with care and built to last. While we don’t offer a blanket warranty for our custom carts, we do stand behind our work. If something arrives damaged or there’s a quality issue, reach out—we handle these on a case-by-case basis and will always work with you to make it right.
setup, transport, & use
Is it hard to set up and transport?
Not at all! Our carts are specifically made to be easily setup and torn down at events, being fully collapsible into a flat and space-saving form! We use premium and commercial-grade materials for the highest durability.
Everything is pre-built and assembly is quick and straightforward—just a few pre-drilled screws, no woodworking experience needed.
Will it fit in an SUV or standard vehicle?
Yes, most Bash carts fit comfortably into SUVs, trucks, or vans. Cart dimensions are listed above so you can double-check before ordering! If customized dimensions are needed, we can help you out too.
Can I use my Bash cart outdoors?
Some of the best parties are outdoors in that beautiful weather! With that being said, we recommend covering your cart well or bringing it indoors during inclement weather to keep it looking great.
How do I clean and care for my cart?
Cleaning is easy—simply wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Avoid harsh chemicals and keep out of inclement weather or adverse storage conditions.

My county requires drawings to be approved first, can you help?
Absolutely—we’ve got you covered. Contact us with your needs and we’ll provide any specs or drawings needed for your approval process.
Can I request custom dimensions or features not shown in the builder?
Yes! We love bringing unique visions to life. Contact us directly with your ideas, and we’ll collaborate on a custom solution that’s perfect for you.
Do you offer rental carts or bulk orders?
Yes we do! We are located out of El Dorado, CA and more info and reservations available on our rentals page.
Do you offer wholesale availability for retailers or event companies?
We do! If you’re a retailer, event rental company, or looking to stock multiple carts, we offer wholesale and bulk pricing on a case-by-case basis due to the high customization. Reach out with your business info and needs—we'll get you taken care of.
